6/12/22 just before 09:00 hours, Taunton was activated for a move-up assignment for an Engine to standby at Belgium Cold Springs Station 1 while they were on a working fire. Taunton Engine 6 (LT. Martin) handled the assignment with Car 1 (Chief Phelan). While enroute to BCSFD station 1, Engine 6 was requested to the scene of the fire. Engine 6 arrived and assisted with suppression efforts as well as overhaul. The crew operated on scene for approximately an hour and a half before returning to service.
