Rescue And The Chief Run Entrapement On I-81

8/8/19 - At 1526hrs Car 1 and Rescue 3 responded mutual aid to Interstate 81 in the Onondaga Nation Fire District for a motor vehicle accident involving 2 tractor trailer’s with entrapment. Rescue 3 arrived 2nd due and assisted with extrication. The incident required extensive extrication and took approximately 1 hour to free the trapped driver. The occupant was transported to the local trauma center with minor injuries.
