Taunton Units Handle In District MVC

7/3/22 at 03:17 hours this morning, Taunton was activated for an MVC in the first due. One 911 caller reported one vehicle that had gone off the road and struck a tree. Taunton Engine 6 (FF. Ducett), Rescue 1 (FF. Flynn), and M1 (LT. Martin) handled the alarm. Units arrived to find one vehicle that had left the roadway, struck numerous signs and mailboxes, and come to a stop in the yard of a residence. Taunton units handled vehicle hazards while TLC EMS handled patient care. Taunton units retuned to service within the hour.
